My Mission
I’m Adam Kaiser, founder of ClearPath Projects. I help organisations plan and deliver complex change with clarity, structure, and accountability, providing trusted, dependable senior project and programme leadership on a flexible, outcome-focused basis — stepping in where experienced delivery leadership is needed most.
How I Work
Every engagement is structured around clearly defined deliverables and outcomes, giving clients confidence in what will be delivered and when. I operate as a genuinely independent supplier — working with multiple clients, using my own equipment and tools, and never taking on the trappings of employment. I’m a PRINCE2 Practitioner and Management of Risk (M_o_R) qualified, bringing recognised, structured methodology to every engagement.
